The PerfectName brand, design, and codebase are owned by PerfectName. AI-generated outputs (names, suggestions) are not owned by PerfectName and are provided for your unrestricted use.
PerfectName is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to trademark disputes, business losses, or data loss.
